These fuels can be produced out of water by a unique ultrasono-activated low-power water-electrolysis ( LPWE ) technology, at a cost, close to zero.
MOH-fueled Drones will be able to watch and control the traffic along any national road, railway, maritime and air-traffic transportation systems, contributing for minimizing the victims and injured on the roads, etc. as a result of accidents, natural disasters, terror, etc.
Drones will be able to report about any kind of braking the traffic rules, accidents and various obstacles on the road, or threats around the roads as for example wildfires, landslides, floods, bad weather conditions, snow piling, icings, oil spills, pollution, and will help by delivering medicines, tools, equipment, etc., and even by shipping injured people in the role of ambulances .
A System of thousands Drones could be controlled by Tropospheric Aerostats providing a High-Definition GPS Visualisation on vast territories and roads, even beyond the Visual Horizon (BVH), or in zero-visibility conditions as in night, fog, heavy rain, blizzard, fire smoke, queues of lorries, etc., allowing overtaking even without actually seeing the situation ahead, beyond the curve, and even in zones with weak radio signal - deep gorges, etc. All the streamline information and the mile-ahead road situation for the moment will be shot and broadcasted by the Tropospheric Airships, and shown on your display.
